Program Description & Information

Group workshops allow a more personal approach to some of the more difficult issues we face with: stress management, when moving to a plant based diet, and dealing with conflicting information on health.  They provide the support of peers while being facilitated by someone with skills to help guide you through the process.

Workshops and webinars follow a lecture and interaction portion format where all can join in with their web cameras or call in, for those who choose.  You can turn your camera off, but it's easier for me to really give you what you need if you fully participate.  No software require, we use Zoom and send you a link you can open on a mobile device or computer.
