In addition, we adapt this plan to YOUR individual needs! Want more help with discovering happiness, self-worth, or dealing with challenges? We can do that. We'll go over your current diet and work on a plant-based nutrition plan that ensures you are getting all the nutrients you need.
Full package includes 16 sessions, in person or online video chat, which are 45-60 minutes in length, and many emails as needed. We meet weekly for the first 8 weeks, then monthly for 2 months, then a final follow up session 3 months after.
Cost for the entire program: 16 sessions, plus full access to 12 of our other programs, is valued at $1960 - Package rate only $895.
Our standard office hours are Monday to Thursday 7am to 3pm MT, but we can accommodate other times as well.
