Plant Based Cooking & Nutrition Coaching

Have a crazy diet and can't figure out what to eat? Want to eat plant-based but don't know where to start?  Get weekly personal nutritional consulting with Angela Poch, CN. 

We start with a personal inventory of what you can eat and build on that as you need.  Includes a one hour initial phone or zoom consultation, 3 follow-up half hour sessions, in addition to as many emails as needed for this first month.  This program includes the Vegan Vegetarian Cooking School as well as the Nutrition 4 Optimal Health.

Please keep in mind our office hours are Monday to Thursday 7am to 2pm MT.
